New for Old

Kate's engagement ring was bought many years ago, from the Lanes in Brighton. It was a lovely detailed, engraved mixed metal ring, with cluster-set diamonds, but the delicate metal setting was cracked and failing. It was unwearable. Essentially Kate wanted her engagement ring back, without the years of wear and tear. I decided the best approach was to recreate the �same� ring, using 3D scanning and printing, but to minutely increase the thickness of the metal, where necessary to secure all the diamonds, and to balance the whole piece by adjusting the size and shape here and there. The ring was printed, made, finished and set and Kate has been reunited with her wonderful ring.

Diamond	We use high quality (G SI) diamonds, sourced in London's Hatton Garden and individually selected.
